Customer Success Manager

Ensure our customers achieve their goals and maximize value from our platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate churn risks through proactive engagement
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve customer issues
- Track and report on customer health metrics and success KPIs
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer base
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
- Experience with SaaS or enterprise software products
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
- Data-driven approach to measuring customer success
- Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.)
