Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
  • Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks through proactive engagement
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve customer issues
  • Track and report on customer health metrics and success KPIs
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer base

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
  • Experience with SaaS or enterprise software products
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Data-driven approach to measuring customer success
  • Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.)
