Sales Development Representative

Generate qualified leads and build our sales pipeline through outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities
  • Research and identify potential customers that fit our ideal customer profile
  • Engage prospects through email, phone, and social media outreach
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and our product offerings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Interest in technology and workflow automation
  • Ability to learn and articulate complex technical concepts
  • Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection
