Sales Development Representative

Generate qualified leads and build our sales pipeline through outbound prospecting.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities
- Research and identify potential customers that fit our ideal customer profile
- Engage prospects through email, phone, and social media outreach
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and our product offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Interest in technology and workflow automation
- Ability to learn and articulate complex technical concepts
- Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection
